While we recommend our certified hardware for durability (available in our shop), PoeticalWorx is browser-based and can run on any modern iPad, Android Tablet, or Windows Touchscreen with an updated Chrome browser.
We utilize the official API. When a reservation status changes to "Seated" in ExploreTock, our KDS alerts the kitchen. Dietary restrictions noted in the reservation profile are automatically flagged on the digital ticket.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened hardware. Opened hardware can be returned within 14 days subject to a 15% restocking fee. Software subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
